Lucy believes we are heading towards a relational catastrophe if we keep treating relationship skills as optional in the era of AI. Our families, teams, organisations and communities depend on our ability to relate, disagree, repair and take responsibility for the WE we create, now more urgently than ever.

A psychotherapist, Executive ICF Coach, TEDx speaker and bestselling author, Lucy has spent more than 25 years exploring human behaviour, leadership, intimacy and the ways we live and work together. Her work has served start-up founders, executives, CEOs, public figures and leadership teams.

Across her work, Lucy has repeatedly pioneered with bringing emerging questions about human needs into public conversation. She pioneered the introduction of personal development coaching into Danish mainstream television and has contributed widely to national conversations about intimacy, human touch, loneliness and human connection in the age of technology, across DR, TV 2 and leading Danish newspapers. She brought the term hudsult (skin hunger) into the Danish mainstream four years before it was shortlisted for Word of the Year in 2020.

On stage, her TEDx talk Love in 96 Ways explores love and the many ways we experience and express it. In 2019, she delivered a sold-out talk at Copenhagen Techfestival asking: Will artificial intelligence lead to artificial intim@cy? In 2025, she spoke at Mercedes-Benz Future Talks in Colombo on the importance of intuition.

Today, her work centres on ASK THE WE: a keynote and practical training in relational competence in the age of AI, with clear relating rules and protocols for the moments when relationships come under pressure. It is her mission to move us from the focus on self-analysis to focus on the health of the many WE's a human is part of in a normal everyday life. It is part of The We Revolution, her broader work on returning our attention to the relationship itself, the WE.

Lucy is the founder of 5th Element Collective and of The We Revolution. With Danish and Colombian roots, she is currently based in Mallorca, Spain, and speaks internationally.
